Plain-English version: We collect only what we need to run the association, communicate with members, protect member tools, and review submissions. We do not sell your personal information.

What we collect

When you join, we may collect your name, address, phone number, email address, communication preference, and basic account/security information. If you submit a community tip, we collect the information you choose to send.

How we use it

We use this information to manage membership, provide member-only resources, send requested notifications, organize events, respond to submissions, prevent abuse, and improve association operations.

Email choice

Association membership and email marketing are separate choices. If you opt in to email notifications, you can unsubscribe later without ending your membership.

Who can access it

Authorized association administrators and service providers needed to operate this site may process data. Current infrastructure is designed around Supabase for authentication/data and Resend for email delivery. ORENDRIX GROUP LLC operates the website.

Retention and requests

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for association operations, legal obligations, security and records. Members may request correction or deletion of their account information, subject to records we must retain.

Security

No website can promise perfect security. We use access controls and service-level security features and limit administrative access to authorized people.
